This schedule forms part of the Partner Terms. Prices exclude applicable VAT. Stripe's own processing charges are separate and are not retained by Posaura.
Monthly plans
- Starter: £29 per month.
- Pro: £59 per month.
- Premium: £99 per month.
Eligible payment fees
- Starter: 1% on eligible customer booking payments and Stripe-hosted POS card payments.
- Pro: 0.75% on eligible customer booking payments and Stripe-hosted POS card payments.
- Premium: 0.5% on eligible customer booking payments and Stripe-hosted POS card payments.
Gift-card sales
- Starter: 4% + 20p per sale.
- Pro: 3.5% + 20p per sale.
- Premium: 3% + 20p per sale.
Initial trial
The initial 30-day trial has no monthly subscription charge. Pro transaction fee rates apply to eligible payments during the trial. A shop receives one initial trial; any extension must be granted by Posaura, time-limited and audited.
Add-ons and sponsored placement
Optional paid add-ons and sponsored marketplace placement are charged only after separate agreement and are shown in billing before activation. They are not automatically included in Premium.
Changes
Future fee changes require advance notice and a new version. Existing acceptance records identify the exact schedule agreed by the shop owner. This draft requires qualified UK legal review before acceptance is enabled.
