This applies to anyone using Posaura, whether as a customer, a partner shop, or shop staff. It supplements our terms and conditions.
You must not
- Provide false identity, contact, payment or right-to-work information, or impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to bypass, disable or reverse-engineer Posaura's security controls, including App Check, rate limits or authentication.
- Scrape, systematically extract or resell data from Posaura, including shop listings, prices or reviews, other than through an API Posaura has agreed to provide.
- Submit a fake, incentivised or retaliatory review, or attempt to manipulate search ranking, sponsored placement or ratings.
- Use the booking system to hold appointments you do not intend to keep, or to harass, threaten or discriminate against staff or customers.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Use Posaura to process a transaction you know to be fraudulent, or to launder payments unrelated to a genuine appointment, product or gift card sale.
- Interfere with the operation of Posaura, including introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or overloading the service.
Shop-specific obligations
Partner shops must hold any licence, insurance or right-to-work check their trade legally requires, keep service and pricing information accurate, and never record a genuine online card payment as an in-person or cash sale to avoid a fee. See your Partner Terms for the full commercial agreement.
Enforcement
Breach of this policy may lead to content removal, booking cancellation, suspension of a shop's ability to take online payments, or account/listing removal, proportionate to the issue. Posaura will tell you why where it can lawfully do so. This draft requires qualified UK legal review and registered entity details before launch.
